How the 30 minutes go

This chat is for listening. I won't pitch you or propose a solution on the spot: first I want to understand your business and what you need.

  1. 1

    Say hi

Join from the link in your calendar invite. On a computer it opens in your browser; on a phone, in the Google Meet app. Camera on or off, your choice.

  2. 2

    Tell me about your business

Who you serve, how a normal week goes, and where the time goes.

  3. 3

    Walk me through the task

The one that's driving you crazy. If it helps, share your screen and show me how you do it today. I'll ask a lot of questions, in plain English.

After the chat

I take what I learned and work out a solution that fits, and what it would cost. If AI isn't a good fit, I'll tell you that too. Then we shape it together, one step at a time.

Nothing starts unless you decide it's worth it. There's no sales pitch, and I won't add you to a mailing list.

To get the most out of it

  • Think of the task, roughly how often you do it, and how long it takes.
  • If there's an example file or screenshot, have it handy. You don't need to send anything beforehand.
  • Anyone else who does the task is welcome to join.
